Who's face are you trying to modify? oh, and btw, the file is in Program Files/EA SPORTS/MVP Baseball 2005/data/models.big Hope something there helps. Is this the case? bc if that's the problem, download this: http://www.rarlabs.com/rar/wrar342.exe and then use it to unzip the file, open the folder and follow the instructions in the readme.
