And I can run this thing on a XP laptop. Expand What you want to do is go ahead and grab version 6.00.9839 of that file from https://www.ocxme.com/get/83, then move it directly into C:\Windows\SysWOW64\. Try to run LocLook again. If that doesn't work, there isn't much the community can do.
