problem, relay throw doesn't work

i had this problem when I tried changing the relay button from button 6(R2) to button 8 (R1), so I just left it at button 6. Change the configuration(.cfg) file in your My Documents/MVP folder to make sure the relay throw/relay cutoff is button 6, and fake throw is button 8(even though for me it doesn't work). LMK

I have the Saitek 2500 rumblepad & have been trying to figure out how to change it from putton 7 (left shoulder button) to button 8 (right shoulder button) but so far no matter what I do in both the configuration screen in game, or manually editing the controller.cfg file, nothing works. It fake throws every time I press the right shoulder button.

If anybody knows what I can do to change this, please post. Thanks.

I had to change it to the right stick for it to work best for me and keep all the othe changes I made in configuration.

Do you mean that you had to make the relay throw with the right stick? I am not sure exactly what you are saying.

I am trying to change it to the right shoulder button. It works ok with the left shoulder button right now, but I want it to switch to the right shoulder button. Do you know how I can get the settings to do this either "in game" or by editing manually the "controller.cfg" file?
