rows24
Is there any way to get batter introduction audio for players like Barry Bonds, Kevin Millar, etc...
sask3m
if its not on the disk its not in the game, so basically i don't think anyone has found a hidden barry bonds audio.
unix_foo
No need. He is out for the season. :D
JoltinJoeCarter
mvp 2004 was wicked cause when barry came up to bat, they would announce "bonds is batting next" or something like that. I was wishing they do the same thing for
APR
No need. He is out for the season. Thank God!
MikeB
Can't we just use the hidden one from last year? I am sure someone here can find a way to make it work.
Hory
Yer, I was trying to extract the audio from 2004 and import it into the 2005 pa annoucer audio .big file but I had no luck with extracting the audio from 2004.

Hory
KcCityStar - There is no audio assigned to 0092 like in 2004, it has been removed.
rows24
How do you get it in there, I remember downloading somebodys roster update from MVP 2004 and it included bonds and all his audio
HaloFan
Last year, the audio was actually in fhe audio file. That's why you could do in '04. This year, it's not there. The audio ID number is telling the game to play a certain audio file inside the .big audio file. Well, if the audio recorded to say Barry Bonds is no longer there, no roster is going to change that. If someone can find a way to break into the audio files and allow us to import and export, then maybe. But we're not able to do that.
Kccitystar
There's audio, but no photo nor cyberface...however i'm leaning at 391 as a possible face

AlexTony
no, i believe the player last name is only announced minus the 's'
Tony3
I haven't tested #3431 myself, but there's no audio after #3228 according to D.M.Z.'s hard work. and like sask3m said, the "pnamedat.big" show no data after #3228. (btw 3431 bond is from 2004, glad to c u again AlexTony)
D.M.Z.
When i tested the audios for #'s 2666-3228, i turned the broadcasters off to better hear the stadium announcer. AlexTony suggested listening to the broadcasters because they sometimes announce a last name with hidden audios that the stadium announcer does not. i remember last year that there were several fake last names given id's from tony3's '04 list, i just didn't check them out that way when i randomly chose numbers past 3228 to find hidden audios so there may be some out there. what is the pnamehdr.big file under spch_pbp? Tony3
the "pnamedat.big" show all the audio ID# 0004~3228. And I will provide the info for existing audio ID# in this file.
AlexTony
i still know #'s4307 horton, 3401 brett, and a few more are still in this years game that can be used for classic players good to 'Hear' from you also Tony3
AlexTony
by the way, some of the managers that are in this years game that were not in 2004 MUST have their audio's somewhere. ex. phil garner, willie randoulph, lee mazzilli, mike hargrove, etc would all be used with the classic rosters that are being made some of the managers pics and audio's do not line up either ex. frank robinson is audio #5022 and his pic is #5039 this makes me believe a similar situation is possible for the above names i know they are NOT in the number range from #4085 - 6010 i have tested them as always keep me posted for those ' straglers ' and audio file updates and Thank You Tony3, Hory, DMZ and the rest for all the time to produce the audio file
Tony3
took some test, found out that the "pnamedat.big" files in different folders -/spch_pbp & /spch_pa, one for the broadcast, another for the stadium announcers. 'cause there's difference for 0003 Paul Abbott & 1598 Chin-Feng Chen, only heard of broadcast, but no stadium announcement. Different story goes to #2667~3228, where no broadcasting only stadium announcement. I guess that's what the two pnamedat.big files for. (kind of hard to explain )
