I think you use the REDitor II editor and just change the face ID's and portrait ID's to match the numbers of the face and portrait mods you have. That's how it done in NBA2k13 & NBA2k14, i assume? It's done the same way in all the 2K games, just a different, but very similar editor. I would like to see this work of yours and there is a MLB2k12 total conversion project for 2025 being worked on.
