indyford
Last year for '04 there was a section in the datafile where you could edit the bunt pullback speed in the game. I was wondering if anyone might be able to find this in the '05 datafile. I checked, but didn't really find anything significant that I could alter. I find the pullback speed on bunts to be very slow, just like last year. Anyone have any suggestions?
mflv
Good question. I was getting around to asking it myself. I have not yet been able to pull back from bunt position. And if you don't set the bunt position before the pitcher's windup, it goes into a drag bunt instead of a regular one. So you don't have a chance to see the pitch coming before you commit and you can't pull back again. At least this year the EA geniuses made it so the runner on first runs automatically on a bunt. Last year the guy stayed on first so you could only stealbunt. Have these EA guys ever actually played baseball??
indyford
I actually dove back into the datafile again last night and found a bunch of stuff titled "BuntPullback", but I am not enough of a datafile guru to actually identify the values that control it.
