etraininnj Posted March 23, 2005 Share Posted March 23, 2005 I am going to be playing in a mode, I'm just not sure which one. Owner would seem more inclined to simulation since it's like the the Baseball Mogul series, while Dynasty is more stat based so I would think that actual playing would apply here. However the playing and creating a new stadium also sounds appealing. That being said, I would like some opinions from the Vets of which one I should choose. So I created three owner modes just to create stadiums for my minor league teams but I'm playing them in Dynasty mode. RAM Posted March 24, 2005 Share Posted March 24, 2005 do BOTH! pick your favorite team and do a dynasty. then pick a less talented team in need of a new park and do owner mode. i use the giants for the dynasty (and probably will do an M's one too), then i have a nationals owner mode (seems like washington is the owner mode team of choice). they're essentially the same in regards to stats etc. the only thing that differentiates the 2 is that in owner mode you handle finances, etc. on top of it.
