xflbret Posted March 24, 2005 Share Posted March 24, 2005 Yeah, I know this will be unpopular, but I have to confess...I really miss that huge explosive sound or whatever it was when a batter made a huge hit during the Triple Play days. I'd love to see that sound return. I doubt it's even possible, but some of these guys around here are pretty damn good.... Well, I had read someone cracked the .big file, but couldnt crack the individual audio files. I think I can crack those audio files. I've lurked in this forum/website for well over a year now, and I've never been short on awe at what you guys here can do. The least I can do is be a small foot soldier in the army of modders. Cracking the audio files will open up a whole new dimension to the game. Glass had spoken in another thread that he had been able to open the audio .big files, but was unable to do anything with the sound files that lie within. I emailed Glass a few days back to try and find out what he did to open those. However I havent heard back from him yet. Once inside, I believe I can crack the individual audio files.
