PC game and LOW graphic details!!!

Rocky

Recommended Posts

I have just purchased MVP Baseball 2005 for the PC as I really enjoyed the 2004 version last year. BUT........... After installing the game, I was surprised to see that PLAYER DETAIL LEVEL was set at LOW.... It is greyed out so I can't change it. In my 2004 version I have 3D Crowd Desity and Player Detail level set at HIGH....

How can I set the Player Detail Level to High or anything better than LOW??

Just curious WHY it is greyed out. It's not that my PC is not able to use the full graphics because it can. I have all my games set at HIGH level graphics. But this new 2005 version just wont allow me to change it.... Please help this helpless Rocky :D

My system is as follows:

3D-Analyze is graphic utility of tommti-systems.

Recent Version is v2.36. But MVP2005 is not working in this version.

So you find v2.0

It is the freeware!

MVP2005 only works v2.0!!

open app, look at right side, see 3 boxes, open the mvp2005.exe in the middle one, then select run at the bottom, and enjoy, you have to turn off helmet reflections

So do I have to download this 3D-Analyse program??? If so, where do I find it?

if I use this program, what exactly am I looking for?

Thanks

Ok.... I downloaded the program, loaded the mvp2005.exe file and ran it... Worked great... I didn't turn off the helmets and it worked... Then I closed down MVP2005 and try to run it without using the 3D Analyse program and it was bad to LOW graphics... So I started up 3D Analyse program and did the same proceedure as before and it gave me a error message.... WHY??? ---- ------- Thanks for your initial help... Much appreciated.... Do I need to start MVP2005 and turn off helmets reflections and then run 3D again?

Another issue ---- I play MVP with the keyboard.... When I bat and get to 1st base. The next guy up hits and the guy at first takes off for a steal and always gets caught... I didn't mean to send him off... Buttons I use are the Num Pad keys for direction and the arrow keys (Down Button) for hitting... That down arrow key seems to be hitting and telling the runner to steal... Is there something I need to stop him from running?

Once again... Thanks for the help... most appreciated... I just need to figure out why I am getting this error message with the 3D program now and also the stealing or not stealing issue... 8O
