Game crashs at loading screen

Alright heres whats going down:

I load up the game (fresh clean install with patch 2) i go into play now pick the first two teams that a ppear and play the game, but when i get to the loading screen it crashes to the desktop and that dont send error report thingy and send error report thingy.

My question is why would this happen????
