FL1LiNKiNPaRkFaN
the console version is in MBE format how do I chance the file so that it can be used with maxdrive for PS2 ??????
markprior22
I don't know how to use it for the PC either. When you unzipped previous roster folders, it had a bunch of files to copy to the database folder. This just moves the mbe file which doesn't seem to do anything. I'm confused. For those of you not that familiar with MVPedit, I'll try to be more detailed (this assumes you have already downloaded the roster file to your computer). Open MVPedit (available at www.glass4.com/mvpedit), click on file....open and browse to the mbe roster file you just downloaded. When that file "loads" in MVPedit, then click file....export and select "data". When prompted for a destination, choose the data/database folder where MVP 2005 is located. It would be a good idea to make a backup of that folder as it currently exists so you can quickly restore if necessary. Also, remember that the "console friendly" version needs to be used if you haven't loaded the Bonds or Millar cyberfaces (this is explained in the readme) or the game will crash. Hope that helps. Hope that helps. if you use that version above, it will crash also if you use SqueegeeDeadly's Bonds cyberface. it uses #607 for bonds, so change bonds face# in mvpedit from #29 to #607 and say yes to 04face. then export.
