thomamon
I was trying to play a friend online tonight and it was like we were playing two different games. We were not seeing the same results. Any clue as to why this happened?
jbmagicfan
i had DSL and he had cable. and it was IP vs IP. and it seem like it was lagging. he wasnt seeing the same screen as i. it was like i was playing the cpu and he was playing the cpu at a different time. same thing happen on easports online too. both have patch #2 also and same default roster we try. spitoon
I thought this was related to you guys using different datafiles?
jbmagicfan
yep it was because we use different datafile. found out in another forum. we must have same patch #2, which we both did. so ti was because of the datafile. it has to match. so i have to remove my datafile when we play again. or you can download spitoon datafile. not sure if same roster matters. because it did ask if you want to use custom roster. so we can test that out and see. any ip vs ip players can confirm if both players need exact same roster?
