MarkB
Cloutier, that's fake. If you did that, then you obviously just left him in to get hammered.

xiberger
I've just finished a game against the D'backs in which their starter, Odalis Perez, threw 138 (!) pitches over seven innings. He struck out six batters, but also walked nine. I really couldn't believe how long his manager would let him stay in the game. Normally, pitch counts for both my starting pitchers and the CPU's hover between 80-100 pitches. EDIT: Two days later, Zack Greinke threw 142 pitches against me! He struck out nine and walked ten over 6 2/3 innings. Either I'm getting more and more patient at the plate or something's wrong with the CPU's pitcher management... xiberger
Another all-time high: Nolan Ryan pitched against me in a playoff game. He threw 173 pitches over 6 1/3 innings, striking out twelve and walking 16 batters. His wildness allowed me to come back from an early 0-8 deficit and win the game in the bottom of the 13th on a walk-off sac fly.
dusthimself
hahaha you'd think if a pitcher walked 16 batters, he would've got the hook a long time before he even had the chance.
catzrthecoolest
In some total classics game, my pitcher threw something like 16 innings - I think I was the '91? twins
