Bart314
I created a spreadsheet of my own team that shows my batters and each of their main ratings (power, contact, speed). I actually did it twice -- once for facing lefties and once for facing righties. The thought of doing this for every single team makes my fingers ache. Has someone already done this? Can I just download a file so that when I play a team I open up to that team's part of the spreadsheet and see the hitting characteristics of their players? Thanks for any ideas or leads. clements
I understand where Bart is coming from on this. I created a Word doc for MVP 2004 that I used to "scout" teams. Its much easier to look at one sheet of paper than sorting through the menus. With that said, I'm forcing myself to do it through the UI this year. Creating the spreadsheets were very time consuming... So...please post your work. I'd be happy to be lazy and revert back to spreadsheets. :D
Bart314
Looking during the game is completely unrealistic -- especially during online play. You have to hit a button, scroll to one side, then hit another button. Far easier is to do it like real MLB managers - have the other team's roster on a piece of paper in front of you!
