Call-ups/Send-downs in Dynasty when they're not on your team

I've searched and read the posts about having "Fair Trades" off in Dynasty enabling you to make trades with more teams than your own and more.. (specifically like call-ups and send-downs) but I'm finding it almost impossible to do. Here's my problem:

I wanted to have as realistic rosters as possible. I'm in my Dynasty and I want to bring F. Sanchez of IND (AAA) to Pit and send R. Thompson (ML) down to IND. (I'm playing as the Braves so the Pirates are not easily adjusted)

So, I started trying to work out trades... of course you can't just trade them from ML to AAA. (That's because only one organization can be seen on one side of the trade screen. I.e., you can't have PIT on one side and IND on the other because they are from the same organization.)

So,I had to trade them to other teams and then try to get them back to the right teams. The problem is that the game does not just put them on the teams you just took them from. The game puts them in the right organization but in different levels. It got to be such a mess and was taking me so long I had to give up.

Anyone have any luck with this or is this like last year.. you really can't keep your rosters current with MLB because EA won't let us work with all teams???? Any brilliant (or even not so brilliant ) would be appreciated!
