Custom Team Tutorial, Request!

I was wondering if someone could take the time to put together an indepth Custom Team tutorial from head to toe. Rosters, Custom Art, uniforms everything. I want to be able to make custom teams, work on uniforms, everything so badly and contribute rather than rely on everyone else, but I cant. If someone could do that and have like screen shot examples etc... that would be great. In the long run i really think that would help this site, educating others willing to learn so they can add stuff people will use! :D
