wheelieman
Thanks for the info can't wait. I have most of the correct batting stances, and pitching. For most of the teams and don't want to do them until phase two comes out. Also have you guys posted what teams are going to be in phase three. If not i would like to know them. I really like all of your work' it is great. Iam 49 and i love the 60's teams. I used to go to candelstick Park and watch Whillie Mays when i was a teenager. So like i said thanks for the great work. Wheelieman.
stecropper
Wheelieman, Glad to hear that Total Classics has gained your interest. I am 57 and the '60s are absolutely my specialty. I would be very interested in any corrections/suggestions to those teams/players that you have and are willing to share with us. I continue to built on the two roster sets from MVP 2004 which were the Early & Late '60s Roster Sets and truly appreciate others shared knowledge on any and all aspects of those rosters. I also do many of the '70s as well as a few from even the '80s but primarily focus on the '60s. I will continue to increase the number of '60s teams in particular, over time, but also some '70s-'80s Rosters available via Total Classics as well as other avenues as time goes on. As will other members of the Total Classics project. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - FuzZ perhaps we need a dedicated thread for those that can improve on Total Classics for things such as batting stances, pitcher deliveries, pitch types thrown, faces, ratings, batting orders, rotations etc etc etc. It would be good to have all that input in one location for the Total Classics to continue to improve on it's realism. wheelieman
Hi secropper I would love to help you guys. I get most of the pitching deliveries and batting stances from MLB online and espn classics. I watch the games and either put on mvp on the computer when i watch the TV. And put it on creat a player and write down the correct deliveries and stances. I also have a XBOX with mvp 2004 and do the same thing when i watch MLB TV online. That way you are certain to get the correct way the players were. At least pretty close. It takes a long time but it is worth it. So if you guys want my help let me know. stecropper
wheelieman, AlexTony is one of us "Seasoned" veterans as well. "Seasoned" veteran equates to "Anyone that probably saw a live game or two in the '50s or '60s" is about the most politically correct way of describing it. There are more of us "Seasoned" veterans around this site than one might suspect. Now with the Total Classics support of so many baseball enthusiast combined with the leadership of FuzZ I would think even that number will grow in the coming months. Take Care, Don
