Bernie_Mo_and_Jeter
If you already have a console, whether it be a PS2 or XBOX, just get an adapter. That way you're already familiar with the setup. Where can I get it? What is it called too?
Furcal01
I just bought a xbox pc adapter and I'm looking for a good controller.cfg setup, if anyone is willing to send one I'll gladly appreciate it.
dusti
Just got a Saitek P2500, It's good, but I'm having an issue maping the buttons to commands. It mapped the button for reaching the dugout/bullpen menus in game on the same one as my 5th pitch. I tried changing to other buttons and it just wants to go back again. Gonna try software that came with it. Worth the $30, has rumble and dual analog sticks.
cybernetic
well I got some PS1 controllers maybe I should get the adapter and scrap my crappy Logitech Rumplepad that I have to recal. 2-3 times a game sometimes

txtraider05
Im running a Game Elements Recoil, very nice and affordable I gave about 14.00 bucks for it at Wal Mart, its very comfortable and it feels like its made alot better than the Logitech Dual Action, that I also use and no loss of calibration that the Logitechs are notorious for, and the cord recoil feature is cool as well as the rubberized grips. same for me....like said bought it for 14 bucks and it workds fine just have to config. some of the buttons to your liking but no problems at all and its cheap at Wal Mart....... incubus0588
i have the Nyko AirFlo EX controller. The key to this controller is of course the fan, because I play MVP for countless hours at a time, and my hands never sweat . Plus, its a very good size, smaller than the original X-Box controller but slightly larger than the new one. The buttons are all in the PS2 format which I like, and all in all, it's a great $30 investment. Just don't forget to turn the fan off!!

Sharpshooter
Does anyone use a gamepad with retractable cord or a wireless one. I want one that is not too bulky so that I can travel light with it when I play on my notebook. I saw one at Walmart one with a retractable usb cord, but I can't find it online. Can't remember the brand. Just wondering if you guys recommend something.

TheNemesis
I use a Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 and I have no complaints. I got mine for $20 Canadian, but it was a Boxing Day sale, so I have no idea how much it was marked down from. It's actually the reason I got this game too. I picked the controller up off the shelf and the game was sitting in the rack right behind it for $15 Canadian.
JoeyMcM93
My Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 is great. Very similay to the PS2 controller. I have used an Axis Pad in the past and hated it. Don't buy an Axis, they brake quickly.
edm
I got that controller....since my Logitech broke. DON'T BUY LOGITECH! I'm guessing you had a logitech dual action? The rumblepad 2 is a completely different beast.

shugknight
Just letting you guys know.. theres a bunch of deals on the Logitech Rumblepad 2 (which is what I'm currently using) IMO, its a great controller, and the fact that its wireless makes it even better! Check out http://www.blackfriday.info/ I know for a fact Compusa has it for 19.99.. and I'm pretty sure I've seen it at other stores, just look around. I know its kinda late being its already Black Friday, but I highly doubt that they would sell out of the controllers
JP_Frost
Logitech wingman wireless rumblepad I've had it since mvp 2004 and don't really have a problem with it other than some minor calibration issues. I'm thinking about buying one with a cord though, the wireless ones just eat batteries
