I had a problem with my broadband cable (485 kb / sec) when I was doing the download during "primetime" on Monday night. I was finally able to download successfully at about 11:30 p.m. You may want to try downloading during "off-hours" to see if that helps. You say that you have cable at 25 kb/sec. Is that correct?
