Some sites would have a guide, showing the PIPS (the blue squares) and the corresponding titles. Maybe we can have a poll to see if we should have rankings or not. The system I am talking about, is only based on number of quotes. It is a ladder system. The more posts you make the better your titles. You earn more PIPS (blue squares) along the way. Typically the people with a lot of posts (cool title and bunches of blue squares) are the people you listen to the most.
