Gudraves Posted May 6, 2005 Share Posted May 6, 2005 Depending how you slide into first base it wont slow you down, altho doing it that way in real life you run the risk of injury but sometimes its the chance you have to take. I usually always slide into first base on a bunt or slow roller, seems to help me beat out the throw sometimes. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
