Owners mode question

In owners mode on the PC. As we already have the team names and uniforms for all the minor league teams in the game. Does anyone know if there is there a way to move a minor league team into the majors in place of an existing ML team. Keeping the players from the ML team in the majors and moving the ML team (city, name & uniforms) to the minors in it's place. I say this because of the way owners mode is set up. It makes more sense to have a new franchise play under the limited owners mode's conditions than it does to make an already existing ML franchise do so. No ML team would ever dump it's stadium and deal with severly limited income just because the ownership has changed. Besides, most of us in Buffalo believe that the Expo's should have been moved to Buffalo and become the Bisons 15 years ago anyway.
