I am glad you remember my ability to show up now and then and not always permanent. But I had trouble recently with MVP Baseball 2005 and did a search and found a thread from 2007 for the ANSWER.
It is incorrect in the reply. The issue was using a laptop to play MVP Baseball that does not have a 10-key pad. The answer was correct but if you do as stated it will not work. The config file needs two leading line spacing and two ending line spacing. In other words ..

If you cut and paste the answer MVP Baseball will not recognize the cfg file without the leading and ending line spaces.
I know the post is old - but could you add that info for folks. The questioner was as confused as myself over doing exactly as stated and not working.
I am ancient for computers so I looked at the files after changing it in the game itself and noticed the two leading and ending lines.
Thanks.
