BSU-FAN Is there anyway you can release a version of your roster without the 2013 schedule included in it ? I simmed the entire first season no problem testing the roster for a franchise, but crashed in the second season spring training games. I would love to use your final roster for a franchise even though Houston would be in the NL without the 2013 season included. If you can't release the alt roster, I understand and thanks for your work.

I also want to thank you for all your work on the rosters. I am in my 3rd season in my franchise with your V5 no fake names roster. Now to have this current roster to go along with it is more than anyone can ask. Thank you!!!!!!

Does anyone know if/how to change the user controlled team in a 2k12 franchise to control another team ? I want to change to control a different team if possible, but haven't found a way to do it. Thanks for any help.

Get a program called Fraps. It is freeware and will take the game photos.

I wanna point out with my unis,IF you play minor league games then u will wanna have 2 copies of the roster files. Hey DS, I don't follow you on the if you play minor league games part. What will happen if I play a minor league game ? will the game crash because of the unis or not update etc ?

QB, I did the rename the stadium iff part as listed, but, when I play the allstar game, the stadium is correct but has large blacked out areas around it on the walls and seat areas. I tried other stadiums besides the mets and got the same issue. Any thoughts ? thanks

Something has changed with the 2K sports site. I am now signed in and the startup works normal as it did before. I have not been able to log in for a few months before today, so I don't know why I can as of today or what changed. Wudls roster is my default and it still does not freeze as it did before when I was able to log in before the patch was released. Just an FYI for everyone that could not connect to 2k.

Hey Wud, I already assumed the drunk part, lol. I figured your BD friends got drunk also, in spite of the loss. An FYI for you with your edits: If you are doing the catcher blocking the plate change to 99 like the post you had, I have made the changes to all the catchers in my franchise. (none of the catchers were 99. A few in the low 90's but not many) I can tell you the catcher does position himself in front of the plate for the throws, unlike before, just waiting on or behind the plate at times. I had one sort of close play at the plate and the catcher was in position for the block, but the runner slid in just before the ball arrived. It does look like it would have been a plate block tag if the ball arrived a tad sooner though, so the change looks like it is doing something anyway. The video of the play at the plate on the OS post looked really good, but I haven't seen one yet.

Hey Wudl, what's up, Thanks for all of your continued work with your roster. Good idea about the no injury decision. The pc teams would call up their players after the first game anyway and change the whole lineup. Bayern with the triple crown, your friends must be going crazy.

I did just as KC listed for WB to change my franchise all star stadium. Copied the stadium file I wanted to use for the all-star game and renamed it stadium_als.iff and copied it back to the main game file. When I get to the all star game in my franchise, it still comes up to the default KC Royals all star stadium. If anyone has changed the stadium, is there another step I am supposed to do along with copy/renaming to als.iff ? I am not using the 2013 schedule in my franchise if that makes any difference. Also, I tried using the mod that is here to change to Citi field for the asg, which did change to that stadium, but parts of the stadium are blocked out in the game for some reason, that is why I tried just renaming a stadium. When it didn't happen in franchise mode, I thought it might be because it was the first season and it didn't have any info to reference to show the "after 1-0 count" etc. But now that I am in the second season of the franchise, I thought it would be able to draw the info from season one, but it doesn't. Your answer explains it. Also, I have no problem running your CSN 3.2 "without stats" scoreboard with the patch, for anyone that wants the best of both worlds: the patch and your great scoreboard. I think the CSN version that you have made is the best looking one anyway with the colors etc. I have Comcast and get Phillies home games on CSN and your scoreboard is exact. Hey ex, question for you if you know the answer. outside of your "with stats" mods, why is it that if you play a "play now" game, the pop up under the scoreboard updates the batters tendencies etc after every pitch, but it does not do that in franchise games. it just shows the contact/ power info before the first pitch ? I don't know if you have the answer but thought you might know since you can see how the game works to do your scoreboard work. thanks

The problem may be your default drive. I saw another person with the same issue that did not have the game on the default "C" drive that the game suggest to install to upon initial installation. try installing the game on your C drive if you can and then run the patch. That seemed to have worked for the other person as it seems the patch also wants to default to the C drive. if it does, you should just be able to copy and paste all the uniform, stadium files etc from your E folder into the game C game folder. Or, actually, you could probably just copy the patched .exe file from the C folder to your E game folder. Also, it is more than just the date fix. the game does play a lot better on the field. Hope it works for you.
