Hey DS, good to see you around. I have the original dvd also and it works fine. I didn't lose any mods after patching. What I did was extract the patch from the rar to a separate area and then ran it. When I tried to run from the rar it didn't work. Don't know if you tried that or not, but that worked for me. added info: I use ex's CSN 3.2 "without stats" version, so my .exe is not modded, it is the original 2k dvd .exe. Don't know if that makes a difference or not, if your .exe is modded.

Hey wudl, I loaded your roster and clicked on home and surprise, it didn't freeze up. It actually worked like it is supposed to and went to the home page with no problems like before. looks like we got an added benefit with the patch. Also, I saw in kc's post regarding the fixes it made for base running during the game. I played a game and replayed every time there would have been an issue with the base runners ie; the runner on first diving back to first on a ball hit up the middle and at times was forced out even though it went for a base hit, etc and all the runners acted the way they should with no problems. All of the runners advanced as they should have from all bases every time. It was only one game to use as a test, but, it appears we may have ended up getting all the same fixes as the console patch. If nothing else it's good news for your future roster updates not freezing anymore.

Too bad we couldn't get 2K to send the game codes to Trues. Then he can send them to you and all of the other great modders and roster makers here. It would end up being the best sports game ever. It pretty much is now actually.

Mcoll86 Understood. I was just helping out letting you know it was real and where to find it on the 2k site and that it is also now on here for you.

It's on the 2k support page. KC uploaded it here so you can just get it from this site for the dvd version. That is the version I have and it works fine.

This is what it lists for the patch at the 2k support site, so I doubt it updates anything else but the startup problem, which is at least something positive anyway. "A patch for Major League Baseball 2K12 has been released on PC to address an issue where the game would crash at the loading screen."

I just installed and tried it. it started the game without needing to change the date and lists May 21, 2013 on the mlb today screen. Still not connected to 2k server though. Thanks for the heads up post crowe1.

If you want the updates in the new rosters, yes.

Another great job to enhance your roster. btw, I also noticed a few pitchers with wristbands etc (sorry, I don't recall who they were for you) and you're right, it is a easy fix. i just used the in-game player editor and took the gear off from there no problem. It doesn't appear to be a result of your roster. There were a few in last years BSU roster i used also, so it may be related to the original 2k roster and just carries over for those players in the equipment list to the edited rosters you and others have put together.

Hey Wudl, thanks for getting back. I figured it wasn't just me but wanted to make sure since i have been adding diff mods, that some settings didn't change on me. Thanks for the new roster update also. Great job as usual.

Is anyone else getting the "2k sports is not available" message ? I have gotten that msg and the disconnecting from 2ksprts message the last two days when I have started the game. Thanks.

No problem wudl. I figured physio would work for you. I am in the US but have watched english/german league football games forever and got to know the physio name from that. All German champions league final btw.

Hey Wudl, the trainer is the person that deals with injuries. If you are not familiar with the term, since i see you are in Germany, it is the same as the physio for the football teams. They have a trainer listed under the staff section for the teams that you can hire/fire etc, but i don't know how much effect the position has in the game.

ok thanks. I asked because i tried the batter version without modded .exe and at the bottom of the screen were 4 zeros that udated every pitch, but no batter name. I didn't know if it should show just the batter name with no stats without the modded .exe. You would prob have to check with Trues to verify if you could add the one click installer. If he allows the upload, that would be a big help for people like myself that are not comfortable editing files. If not, the non batter version is still a great scoreboard. Anyway, thanks again.

Ex, do you have to do the changes with the hex editor or will the name already just appear in the 3.2 standard time version ?

Hey ex, i just saw your new 3.2 standard time u/d and installed it right away. I know you preferred the on all the time setting, so I wanted to tell you thank you for giving the option to use the standard timing. You're the best !!!!!! it really looks better and better with every update.
