  1. ty, I might be able to help out with the HTML creation. If you want, shoot me an e-mail at markb@mvpmods.com and we can talk. Also, would it be possible to note how each out was made and create a boxscore like that provided by High Heat, where it would have the standard boxscore, then go into half-inning details and say, for example; Theoretically, it might be possible to get this data from the previous at-bat screen that shows the location of the pitches and the result of the previous at-bats. If this could be achieved, the hit, run and error totals could be grabbed from the result of the output. I'm not sure if this makes sense, but I can copy an old High Heat boxscore that I printed a while back and post that, if necessary. Anyway, just a thought. :)
  2. Yeah, I was looking for some chicken when I made it, but the fridge, as is normal these days, is pretty bare. I was lucky that the sauce masked some of the taste. I wonder if I could enter those pictures into a "most disgusting food" competition or something. Surprised they turned out so well, considering my camera is more than a little messed up.
  3. Never heard of it, probably can't get it over here. Damn Chinese doesn't open for another hour either. People who make food as good as Chinese restaurant owners shouldn't be allowed to close. It's just wrong. Chinese food > (is greater than) Uncle Ben's rice. Hell, not eating for a week then being force fed your own genitals might be greater than Uncle Ben's rice. Yuk.
  4. I imagine you'd need, at the very least, a small axe of some sort to seperate that chunk of glued junk. It's just absorbent enough to bend ever to slightly when pressed on, but will not seperate. I don't even think I'd want to eat it.
  5. Yeah, I'm posting on Monday. Shoot me. Public Service Announcement: Uncle Ben's vegetable pilau rice absolutely sucks. Coming straight out of the microwave, the aura it created reminded me of boiled water. No real smell, just a hot, misty kind of reek. Taste-wise, it's even worse. I had to add almost a quarter bottle of barbeque sauce just to get it to have a taste that didn't remind me of vomit on a hot summer's day. The..."tang", I guess you would say, is more like an overpowering stink of rotting onions, the texture is something along the lines of small maggots disintegrating atom by atom in your mouth and the feeling of the mixture running down your throat makes you have to actually tell your oesophagus not to regurgitate it because it is actually food, no matter how much it may taste, feel and smell like your mouth has been overcome by greenfly. And I've not even mentioned the processed crap that is so glued together that 2 minutes in a microwave will not seperate it. For that matter, neither will being attacked by a knife and fork and attempting to seperate the grains individually. It scares me to think what was used to make this crap. Behold the vomit-inducing glory of Uncle Ben's finest. You have been warned.
  6. Hold up. So you don't think the fact the this teenager had his watch taken is remotely funny, but you laugh anyway, just to impress (or avoid having your *** beat by) the person who took the watch? Maybe it's just me, but that, to me, sounds like something a punk would do. Maybe the teenager who had his watch taken should, in turn, take yours to replace his, and see if you're laughing then. My not-so-random thoughts for this Sunday are short and not-so-sweet. Got fired last week. Been sick. Had too much stuff to do, but couldn't do it due to sickness. Trenton are on their way back. 7-14 after an 0-10 start to the season. Have a good week, everyone. Except people who take watches. And others who laugh at it for no reason who are obviously punks.
  7. herodotus07 - if you changed the photo/audio ID's to the correct ones in MVPEdit and Total Audio was installed correctly, then it should work. Emil and shiggins; noted, I'll try to fix them later on. Thanks.
  8. Not posted here in a while, so here goes; Man, I'm glad to be going back to my nightshift job again. I was on dayshift last week and it truly did suck. Like, "if I had to do another week there I would have left" level of suckage. Shirt and smart trousers look, no personal equipment of any kind (no MP3 player to listen to through a 9 hour shift of doing the same stuff over and over again), no kind of atmosphere at all. At least on nightshift you can chat if you want to, as long as the work gets done. On days, it was just horrible. It's Spring! Can't wait for Opening Day. Now if I could just afford that damn MLB.TV subscription. What a rip-off that is. Ice Cube's latest track, "Race Card", is excellent. The video is good, too. Reminds me why I've always been a fan of his music, and a very welcome break from the alleged "hip-hop" that's being released today. It's 4:30pm and I'm just waking up from my Paint Shop Pro enduced long morning which moved my attempted bedtime from 4am after the Calzaghe/Lacy fight to closer to 8am. Ah well, that's was Sundays are for, right? Did anyone catch that fight? Lacy got an absolute boxing lesson from Calzaghe, something I didn't expect at all. I'm never seen Calzaghe fight more than a few rounds, but he was incredibly impressive last night. I actually felt sorry for Lacy - just imagine what he's thinking. He goes into the fight a feared man, unbeaten with massive power in both hands, only to spend 12 rounds being schooled by a under-rated Welshman and ends up with a busted nose, 2 very bad cuts to his eye-area on both sides (one from an accidental clash of heads, the other from the multiple barrage of blows that Calzaghe was hitting him with) and a fat, and busted, lip. If there was ever a time to want to throw up the word "Owned" onto a television set, this was it. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, folks! :)
  9. Latest effort. Not what I originally had planned at all and much more basic than I had intended, but, hey, it's 7.23am.
  10. You can't edit it using MVPEdit, unfortunately. You may be able to edit some players in-game, but that's about it.
  11. Wrong about what? I never had anything against the guy in the first place, it was just that I didn't, and still don't, generally support the idea of trading minor leaguers who could help for 5 years in future for major league guys right now.
  12. You know damn well I am. However, I'm also a realist and I'd rather see a team of guys win because they played well as a team than because their names are more important than their stats.
  13. :lmao: Yankees or not, I'd rather see a bunch of guys who deserve it win than some hyped-up, overpaid, so-called "superstars" who really couldn't care less whether they win or lose. They still get paid either way.
  14. Excellent, congratulations. Hope he gets well soon. :D
  15. Were you part of the New York transport authority strike? If so, congratulations on getting your job back and for having the cojones to strike in the first place. I never managed to find this out, did the workers actually get what they were asking for?
  16. I bought it inside the U.K. for £44, and it's on Amazon.com for $59.99, if that helps you. :D
  17. Their ancestors are Italian, though, making them half-Italian and half-American. Surely, just because you are born somewhere doesn't mean you have to be proud of it and represent it.
  18. Why is that? They are perfectly entitled to play for Italy, are they not?
  19. Here goes: I got a new cordless optical mouse yesterday, and I'm pretty impressed. It's a little red thing and after the charging was done, it's been on since. Very nice, and a good step up from the 2-button Microsoft mouse I've been using for the last few months. Another new piece of kit is my MP3 player. 1GB Medion with an SD Card slot, good features and a decent price. Excellent for work! No matter what you think of Mike Tyson as a person, it's impossible to deny he's one of the greatest boxers ever. I found a website last night with a large selection of his fights on it and I've been downloading them and watching them for the best part of today. I might even dig out the old "Tyson" film that I have on VHS and watch that later. I wish that would be released on DVD. 3-day weekends rule. Sure, it means working longer shifts during the week, but when you're off work from 7.45am on Friday morning until 10pm on Monday night, it seems like a lot more time, and it's much easier to relax.
  20. Random thoughts before bed: Birthday present. 20 inches long, 2 ounces, 9 carat. I need to watch Lost and 30 Days tonight. Missed both during the week. Anyone got any advice on getting rid of chest infections, other than prescribed medicine? My baseball urges have worn off a little. It's been replaced ith a combination of music, gaming and DVD's, but I'm sure it will return. I'm looking forward to the 4th of December, when I'll be getting my hands on a 1GB MP3 player. Should be cool. A Medion MD81018 with expandable memory, so I can take my SD Card from my camera and slam some extra beats into it. Goodnight, all!
  21. My turn. Chest infections suck. Like, really suck. This is my second this year. I miss baseball. Working is one of those strange things. Money = good, time spent = bad. Especially when you turn up for Saturday night overtime at 10pm in the freezing cold and hang around for half an hour with the gates locked only to give up and go home again via taxi, then send an e-mail requesting a response for the next day and know exactly the same amount of information at 4.20pm the following day as you did when you were in the taxi home. British TV scheduling is horrible. At various points tonight, there are 4 shows interlapping which I want to watch. Boxing, Lost, 30 Days and XXX 1 - the movie. I'm sure that in some weird way, coughing fits trigger some kind of chemical response from the brain to make you feel happy for a few minutes until the next one. Either that, or the paracetamol I took this morning is still in my system. Why haven't the Yankees re-signed Mike Vento yet?
