About the controlls In the main menu go to my MVP and my options there gives you a option to configure your contoller you can configure it anyway you want and it only takes a couple of minutes just be sure to save after you do the offense and then again after you do the defense unlike some noob I know

I don't think anyone has updated 2k10 in a LONG time. And I highly doubt that a 2k11 roster will work it will most likely crash the game if you load it

Quick question will this have the 2013 schedule

I have an afterglow controller as well so I will be looking into the controls in the next few day and see if I can find a way to make them work I'll let you know If I figure something out

If there is one thing I've learned it's that mods no matter how long you've done it can frustrate you at times. The other is that youtube is a great site to help just search your problem and there's a good chance that theres a video that will help

For the extracting part it's not really hard at all you need to download a program like winrar all you have to do is google it once you have that downloaded and whatever mod you download just click on the mod and chose extract to where you want to extract it like your desktop Here's a video on how to use winrar For the controls part I don't know I'm a noob to MVP as well so I will be watching to see if anyone can help there

Got very lucky The owner of the pawn shop knew how much it was going for but just figured he wasn't going to find anyone willing to pay that much in town so he priced it where he thought someone might buy it and he got my money lol. After reinstalling the game it seems to work now. Don't know what went wrong at the start but seems to be working now. It's good to have both now

The game was in a bin of games of each for 20$ after tax I paid a grand total of 21.58$ Knowing what the game is going for on Ebay these days I grabbed it. http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=8083 That's the conversion mod I used http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=8495 That's the roster I downloaded I read all the instructions and did copy all the files to the data/database file. I'm now trying the good old uninstall reinstall just to see if something just went wrong with installing the game.

Ok so I found MVP 2005 for pc at a pawn shop from real cheap and decided to jump on it for a change of pace from 2k. I got the game installed and downloaded and installed the total conversion mod and it worked just fine Then I downloaded the latest roster and the schedule and that's where the problem comes in. I download extract and copy the dat files to the datebase folder like the instructions say and do the same with the schedule file start the game and there is no change it doesn't update the roster or the schedule. I'm new to this MVP thing so I guess I'm missing something any help would be nice. And to those who have modded the game It looked WAY better then I thought so great job.

Hey just wondering I don't no if anyone else has brought this up but are we going to have the 2014 schedule for 2k12

Looks like I will stick to 2k12 all the modders have made that playable and I love the pitching on 2k

I think it's mostly to deal with the Astros move to the AL and playing the AL schedule I might be wrong on that but that's my understanding of it.

I think I might be the only one that would rather just stick with the 2012 schedule. I mean i no having houston in the NL sucks but its better then the crashes and the strange number of games that you get in year 2. Its even worse if your like me and like to make trade. I guess I'm weird LOL

Yesterday I got the chance to play MLB 2k12 for pc unmoded. It was only then that I saw just how great the work you guys do. Thanks to all you modders for making this game playable.

Define Play lolI was on the team but didn't really play much in high school. I played 1b when I did play My friends called me the strike out king. Not only did I strike out it was the same way. Foul off the 1st 2 pitches then swing and miss at pitch 3 I hit 1 home run in 4 years never made a allstar team or anything clearly
