I wouldn't in any way call myself an experienced modder, but what I do for player ratings is this: 1) Load your game's default roster. 2) Match a player's stats from the past season with his in-game ratings. 3) Do this for several values, you should see a trend appearing. 4) Transform that trend into a mathematical formula (mostly linear in my case) on a spreadsheet For other ratings like fielding and speed for batters, I read reviews about players on these aspects. For what it's worth, BR's MLB 500 gives you an idea of a player's fielding and baserunning, though it has to be taken with a grain of salt. For pitchers' pitches, I recommend Brooks Baseball or yesnetwork.stats.com . Hope I've been helpful. Merry Christmas!

I am but I'm also pretty busy as I am preparing for a prestigious double diploma. Hopefully I can find some time here and there and release it asap. Not sure if I'll apply my model to minor leaguers too, depends on how much time I can find...

He is not, but I did create him based on some stats, tabular data and his scouting report! If you are interested in the complete stats, just shoot me a message you will get it all!

Depends on the files. Cyberfaces stadiums and jerseys dont coincide but rosters should be ok apart for some players.

What you will find: -All 25-man rosters up to date. EVERY player is assigned a cyberface from the pool of cyberfaces the game has. -All milb rosters up to date. Players that are not on the active 25-man roster are on either in AAA or AA. -Prospects: Courtesy of BSU-fan's roster, all organizational top 10 prospects (per mlb.com) and all 10-20 prospects in AAA have been added and have a cyberface. Contracts have been made based on their ETA so you can launch an association mode and keep them in the fold for several years, with their salaries escalating. -Updated lineups and pitching assignments per mlbdepthcarts.com. All is up to date until right now (21/05/14). -Portraits adapted from raiders' mega portrait pack for 2k12. What's next: -2014 all-star rosters. -2014 portrait pack once raiders releases it. -Every real player with a cyberface. To install it, copy ALL files EXCEPT the .ros file in your mlb2k11 directory, put your .ros file in your saves section. Let me know if there is any problem (wrong arm colour, bad contracts, wrong number, etc....) for I am aware that these do exist. Also, I can create further players upon request, as long as the player is not out of baseball, has played in the mlb or is a prospect. The only thing i require is you provide me with a link to a good scouting report. Sickkk. Do you plan on doing 40 man rosters too or are you sticking with 25-man? I'd love to get new players like Dean Anna. Also, what pics do you take? If it's espn, i can give you those i found for prospects and 40-man players.

Hello everybody, I encountered a weird problem when I was creating Kevin Quackenbush. I decided to assign him Mike Napoli's cyberface using Ty's editor. -In the roster menu, he has Napoli's face, even when I open the edit player section. -In a drill or a game, he has the cyberface given when a player has a non-existing cyberface, i.e. bald head etc... And this whichever cyberface I give him. Can anybody help me out on the cause of the problem? Thanks.

Hi, I have a quick question for you guys. Would you rather have players with their true birth dates or with their current ages? I am considering adding 3 years to every player on mlb 2k11, which means that, for a player born in 1985, i would change his birth date to 1982 for him to be 29 years old when you start a franchise rather than 26. What would you prefer?

I mean I wouldn't ask for help if I hadn't tried whatever I could before.... Then if no one helps well then too bad no portraits for the roster and that's it. I'm just trying to do my best to provide a nice roster to the few of us still playing 2k11. And I know they still exist given the downloads my roster got. If anyone can help please pm me or post below ;)

Well i tried that but once it blocked the installation the first time it will just not let me retry an installation! I know it's weird but the virus scanner has just destroyed the installing program's ability to install.
