Sorry to make you guys try an answer this, as I came to find out my controller was donezo. I used another one I had and it worked just fine. Thanks for the help though, I'm so glad I found this site. There's so much help and so many awesome mods! Keep it up!!

I was wondering if anybody knew how to or could explain how to get a wired 360 controller to work on my PC? I am running windows 8 if that has anything to do with it and have the USB connection cord for my controller. Thanks!

BSU-FAN, I am looking forward to your roster, I have read a lot of good stuff on them. Do you get into much detail in regards to the minor league players for each organization or focusing mainly on the 25-man rosters?

They are not able to be extracted, when I downloaded them from the link they started as .7z files with no option to extract, I will try again.

Thats a bummer because it seems to only happen with young/new players

It never asked me because the files I downloaded have a .7z ending as compared to the originals that have an .iff and.cdf

I downloaded and pasted the portrait.7z files into my MLB 2K12 folder but it seems as if they are not working. Cano is still in the Yankees hat which is how I know, I am a Mariners fan haha. Anyways, is there something else I need to do? I did not remove or change the existing portrait iff and cdf files in there, could that be the problem? I downloaded the portrait file proposed by kccitystar in this forum post

What if you went into the editing players (in game) and changed the frequency that he throws that pitch? I forget exactly what it is called but you can edit the different frequencies that pitchers use each pitch, at least I know you can do that at the start of creating your my player...

Hey there everybody, Im glad to join the site! I have decided to make the change from MLB 2K13 on the 360 to MLB 2K12 for PC on my laptop due to the amount of mods and updates I can receive on here and the accessibility to play anywhere. That being said, I am completely new to modding and really have "no idea" on what I am doing. Is there some sort of tutorial I could watch or somebody willing to take the time to potentially explain it to me? I am also going to be subscribing so I can download many different files. Lastly, where is somewhere to buy the game online? Amazon does not sell it anymore and I have not had any luck searching. Im sure I will have more questions but thank you for all your time and effort in putting together these mods and answering my questions, as I am sure you get them quite often.
