Replaces the home uniform. As you can see from the screenshots, I don't know how to do number and letters yet.
Install with TiT.

Install with TiT. Replaces slots D and E. The road version is the same just with grey pants.

Its my first mod. I think the picture explains it all. Install into C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\MVP Baseball 2005\data\frontend\bkgnds.big. Load game and admire.
If you don't have the MVP15 or 14 mod you may get CLICK TO START instead of PLAY BALL!
If someone can tell me where that file is I would love to edit it to make it Yankee colors.
