KG- I installed your latest roster and the latest models.big (full) from eamods... but Troy Percival of STL still has a big, fat black man's face. Is this a problem on my end, or is he too "new" to the rosters to be updated?

Lucas those are awesome. I agree that the 2nd one (w/ the Ankiel text) is "better"... ...and that the fractal (or whatever it is) appears a touch bright around the area of the "IE" in "ANKIEL." Despite that, though - it's still friggin' awesome.

My head actually did explode, when I first saw how beautiful those Cards jerseys are. I finally got it put all back together - so now I can say - that's friggin' amazing. Uh oh... I think it's happening again... :headache:

I haven't heard that it's a myth. It's my experience that it's a myth. I work on 'em all day long. There's a diesel Jeep Cherokee, and several conventional-gasoline Jeep Cherokees. Jeep advertises the diesel will get 20 city / 24 hwy MPG, while the regular gasoline motor (4.7 V8) will get 15 city / 20 hwy. The various customers I have come in say they actually get close to those values w/ the gas motor, but the diesel buyers say they usually get closer to the same values (15/20) instead of the 20/24. And with so many vehicles being offered in diesel lately, it's no wonder diesel price has shot up in price (comparitively). Around here (STL) it's really not much cheaper - in fact, on occasion lately, it's been more than standard gasoline (never stays that way, tho). I'm not against diesel or anything, it's just that the "cleaner" they make it, the crappier MPG it gets (defeating the purpose)... and then the extra cost of buying and maintaining one (oil changes are significantly more expensive, etc) are hard to justify. Like I said. It's a matter of time before I'm forced to consider a hybrid.

No way. The gas mileage is not better (huge myth) - and the diesel isn't any cheaper than gas anymore. As much as I don't want a hybrid... there may not be a choice any longer.

Tell me about it. $3.28 a couple days ago when I filled up. The Yankees seem to be doing to you what the Cardinals are doing to me right now. How did the Cards just lose 2 of 3 to the pitiful Nationals and just get spanked by the Rockies today? The team proved it could pitch early-on, then proved it could hit just recently... so why do they refuse to do them both at the same time?

My random thought for this Sunday? Apparently the Cardinals need to play ALL of their games on Sundays. Runs scored by St. Louis: Sunday the 8th: 10 runs. Monday the 9th thru Saturday the 14th: 11 runs. Sunday the 15th: 10 runs. Monday the 16th thru Saturday the 21st: 12 runs. Sunday the 22nd: 12 runs. Seriously. lol.

You didn't use the 07_maker to start your dynasty/owner-mode. You're seeing this b/c the players have been saved with stats up thru the 2006 season, but if you don't use the 07_maker (included with the mod) you're dyn/o.m. will start in 2005. So you'll play thru 2005, adding to the real life 2005 stats, then you'll play thru 2006, adding to the real life 2006 stats, then, finally, you'll play thru 2007, creating new 2007 stats. If you use the included 07_maker, it starts the game - then you start a new dyn/o.m., then you save it immediately and quit the game. Then just start the game as you usually/always do, load up the dyn/o.m. you just created, and play. You'll start in the year 2007, with correct stats for 05 and 06, and the schedule will be correct as well. Hope this helps you!

The rules for the website about signtatures is as follows: So, basically, you can't have 2 separate images, and if you combine them into one, it cannot be larger than 475x125 (and 100kb or so). Just wanted to give you a heads up. I also sent you a PM about this - but didn't know if you'd get it, seeing as your sig is technically something you pasted into your message, not even an auto-attached sig. EDIT: I just noticed that since that previous post, you did put both of those graphics, AND the line of text in your auto-attaching sig. Obviously, still a no-no. :)

No. The final, release version (v1.0, if you will) will be coming out within a couple weeks, assuming Kraw gets it all sewn up before his super-secret trip to the Orient to fight terrorism abroad. Otherwise - how the heck are you asking about release info right in the middle of a big hub-bub about how people should NOT be asking about release info? lol.

Only Kraw can answer with 100% certainty, but I would assume it will require (or at least strongly recommend) a fresh install of MVP05, with no mods installed, other than official EA patch #3 (or #5). This would be to reduce the possibility of any conflicts or install issues.

...so a file updated last on Nov 26, '06 is "more up to date" than the .big that came with the latest MVP'06 release? hmm. I'm downloading it now. Looks like it's gonna take a while... and then probably make too much stuff 2x to run well on my machine. lol. This is why you back up your files first, people. :)

I have the one that came w/ MVP'06. Where can I get the latest and greatest? EDIT: This isn't gonna shift all the stuff Kraw's converter put to 1x back to 2x, thus making my game un-playable again... is it?
