  1. Hey guys I'm hoping someone can help. I downloaded all the neccessary files from the MLB 2k15 Total Conversion Mod, but when I paste the Roster.ROS file into the game file I still get the 2012 rosters. The updated Corey Kluber menu screen works so I know some stuff has been modded successfully. I don't believe the soundtrack updated properly either.
  2. You're welcome! Anytime mate!
  3. Cardinals in last place? Not realistic.
  4. Jason Heyward has a good one. As does Bryce Harper.
  5. I finally got the MVP Edit to work, that was user error, but I'm still clueless on this schedule updater. Every time I download the 1994 mod, all I see are a patch.exe file, a TiT file, an install.txt file and the actual mod file itself. I really don't want to download the file on my CPU somewhere and even cause a chance that it will mess up my perfectly working MVP 15 mod. Do I have to install it to get the schedule updater and if so, where is it in the file? I really need a step-by-step procedure if anyone can post one or link me to one please. It's the only thing standing in my way of getting my franchise going.
  6. So I guess my next question would be, are your sliders the default for the MVP 15 mod? If that's the case, I will trust what you have set out for the game. My favorite player is probably Yadier Molina and I thought his 85 contact and 80 power were too high so I definitely wasn't "homering" the ratings. If you could explain your last sentence please, I'm not quite sure what you meant by "Differences will NOT be seen in an on-going season you are using as that gets saved to the games .SAV files." Thank you, Gordo.
  7. OK so I made the changes. Exported the file to the database folder under the file where my modded copy of MVP exists. It overwrited and saved. I fire up MVP 15, and no changes are seen however the game is functional so I didn't mess up too bad. Any steps I skipped?
  8. Thank you for the advice and information. I'll more than likely just be editing ratings and star power. I only looked at the Cardinals roster primarily and saying that Holliday should definitely not own a 79 speed rating at this point in his career. Also Bourjos' range rating was only 65 when he and Carlos Gomez have the highest UZR in the league. I mean he was so good they moved Trout to LF.
  9. Lol dang it I just assumed since the MVPEdit download I clicked on didn't have it in the zip file that there wasn't one. You know what they say about assumptions.....
  10. Is there any MVPEdit tutorial or READ.ME file out there to help with my first time using this? I did read the disclaimer saying messing this up could highly screw up the game's functionality so I'm a little more than apprehensive to just wing this.
  11. Does anybody have one or use a PS4 controller for MVP 14 mod?
  12. That did the trick! Thank you so much I can finally go to bed now
  13. So I installed the game properly and now it says that mvp2005.exe stopped working or something. Is it possible to play the PC version of the game on Windows 8.1? Does anybody know?
  14. How many of you are using the PC version of MVP Baseball 2005 (including any modded version) vs playing the game through a XBOX or PS2 emulator. My specs are i7 processor 3.60 ghz with 16 GB RAM and a Nvidia 740 gpu. Very capable of running a PS2 emulator. Yet when I try to play MVP Baseball 05 it freezes and pixelates. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I was just curious if I was foolish for trying to play the game this way via emulator and should instead just buy then play the PC version. Is that what most/all of you are doing? Because I seem to be the only one having a problem if most/some of you are playing on a emulator.
