For some attributes, you still use values 0 - 99. For pitchers, pitch control, pitch velocity, etc. For batters, power and contact. Other attributes like bunting, fielding, steal aggressiveness, etc. use the 0 - 15 scale. In your case, you set the fastball speed to 15, so that’s what the game uses. What you really want to do is set the fastball speed to a value in the 90’s.

I had questions on Dutch soccer players, NASCAR drivers, NASCAR car numbers, rugby players, cricket stadiums, and finally a question asking what a certain term in Japanese meant in ju-jitsu! You can see why I as happy to get 5 answers correct. Today’s category should be changed from General Intermediate to General Impossible!

My oldest daughter played soccer from the time she was 5 all the way through her first year of college so we learned the game and started watching it. We still watch Olympic and World Cup games (men’s and women’s games). I remember how great Zidane played in the 2006 World Cup and how he got ejected from the Final against Italy when he head-butted an opposing player.
