I change the clock face in the san francisco ball park and the only time I can see the change is after I hit the ball! it stays the same as the orignal or goes back to the orignal after i hit the play and the next batter comes up. Is there another picture I need to change located somewhere else?

I want to say for an example change the NY logo of the yankees to the logo of the tophat, bat, and baseball logos. like the one found in the logos iff file at 172 with the one found at 279 of same file in small logos.

I want to edit most of the logos for the teams that are playint or I can give you a list of each team I want to edit if that is what you need?

what tools do you use to edit global, gamedata and overlay static preload files? i have tried everything but when I edit a dds file and try to use it it shows up all garbled or other programs won't save changes made to dds file.
