Yep. From 2021 Photo Day. I think the "16" patch is probably an inch and half up from the sleeve:

The 2021 uniforms don't feature the HGS patch this season, but "16" instead for Whitey Ford

It's an optimized version of the 3DM mod tool, not so much a roster editor. That issue with arms can be corrected for your players using REDitor II or Ty's Roster Editor.

Please use the official cyberface ID list for MLB2K12. These are IDs that will be used for all players:

Jordan Montgomery's Cyberface ID is #1051.

Nathan Eovaldi's cyberface should be ID# 542 and not #9211 because that is a generic cyberface the game uses for several players.

There is no way to import teams from the PC version into SMB for consoles. Your best bet is to copy the values/team uniform/logo formulas from the PC version instead.

You can import to SMB3 using the Team Transfer Tool for SMB3

His face should be #1328 according to the ID list this year.

You can upload a new version of your roster using the same original download rather than upload a completely new file every time.
