The game is designed to be played in 4:3 resolution, unfortunately. There is no patch or fix to change the game's format from 4:3 to 16:9. The current workaround is to simply change the monitor display while you play MVP.

I just downloaded the MVP15.7z file and extracted all of the contents (Explodeme and the Read Me) with 7zip to a folder (called MVP15) on my desktop. Explodeme is 968MB and working on my end.
