When I use portrait installer or any of these programs, they don't work. I'm using Windows 8.1 if that helps.

Whoever does portraits, walk me through this: What do I use to import portraits? For what it's worth, I've been just creating DDS versions of player portraits today with the entire Astros organization as practice so when the official 2014 pressbox photos come out, I can do all the teams within a week.

I want to do the portraits this year, at least to keep them all a uniform size/design

Hey all, So I was looking into fixing up a couple of player photos, and I realized that the player ID does not link up with the number of the photo in neither of the modding tools. I wanted to know if there was some sort of key I'm not looking at or an algorithm or something to pinpoint who is who in the portraits.iff file. Any help would gladly be appreciated. Thanks!

You can edit the logos on the turtlenecks to whatever you see fit through the uniforms

Oh....just a simple texture swap then realigning the UV mapping/3D modeling..it's not so bad. Just time consuming

I think it's possible to copy the 2K generic basketball CAP and fix up the baseball CAP

Hey Zzcoolj, Do you think you can figure out how to tone down the accessories from 2K's version of black (a dark grey) to full black? If you could, that would be AWESOME.

Make sure Java is installed by going into the command prompt and verifying it's installed like this: Start-> type "CMD" (without the quotation marks) -> press enter Then type in "java -version" (without the quotation marks) If you get a version number you should be good to go.

Did you make a profile when you installed the game? Maybe it isn't loaded into Player 1 so your setting changes aren't saving
