  1. No wonder you've been struggling with this all this time. You don't use NBA2K Mod Tool to extract that file. What I use is the 3DM Mod Tool to edit troublesome IFF files. Some images don't extract/import properly. Brief tutorial for you:
  2. Image number 5 in the uniform_xxx.iff file? That's easy if you know how to make things transparent. You have to save the file with these settings. Not sure if you're using Photoshop, but this is what I use:
  3. I included Clear/Partly Cloudy/Cloudy in the screenshots. Time of day was Afternoon for everything except Cloudy
  4. The 3D hair is tied to the global.iff file, not the player himself. I'm sure the values for his long hair (color, length) are somewhere in the roster file though...

  7. I've been playing a mix of The Show and MLB2K12, but to compensate for timing and stuff I tweaked every setting in MLB2K12
  8. I love electro/synthpop stuff, even before the movie Drive came out.
  9. Man I almost broke a controller trying end my Marlins 10 game losing streak. It's one of those streaks where you feel like it's just the CPU being the CPU, and when it's time for you to lose, you will lose. /rage
  10. You shouldn't be working with bitmap images. You should be working with either DDS files or any format that allows you to have an alpha image for transparency :)
  11. http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=68166 This method worked in MLB 2K9 but 2K modified a few things so it's not possible.
  12. It's not possible and hasn't been with any sports game ever due to memory limitations
  13. I could totally do some beta testing.
  14. Played some MVP 12 a while ago. Gotta give props where they are due to the MVP 12 team.
  15. It's not possible to edit the audio. Nobody has found a way to do it yet.
  16. I'm a massive fan of Justice so here's what I've had on repeat the past couple of days:
  17. The .iff files require you to have the .cdf file in the same directory when you edit them. For example, if you wanted to edit smalllogos.iff, you need to have smalllogos.cdf in the same directory.
  18. Delete your saves and then restart the game
  19. Almost Jeter-like in the clutch, Y4L. Almost.
  20. Amazing work, dennis. Looks beautiful.
  21. How are you doing this twnlove, are you editing the headshapes too?
  22. I think the issue lies more on lining up the facial features on the face you want to make over the existing face you're modding over. This way you don't get the nostrils/mouth/chin stretching out and looking irregular. It's how we used to do it back in the days of MVP 2005 when we couldn't edit the headshapes before. We'd look for a face/headshape and mod over that, making sure the face we made fit properly over the headshape the texture would map over.
