Thanks Dan. I will take that into account the next time I attempt these. Take care.
-
Here's another one that I did. What do you guys think? And here's the stock image that I used. Stock Image

Dan that sig is quite impressive. Would you mind giving just a tad bit more details as to how you achieved it? Is this background filled with brushes or are those just some basic renders that you used? Take care.
-
What does everyone think about this sig? I based this off of Dan's tutorial over at his website. Dan, any suggestions you would like to provide me? Thanks.
-
They are well done. My favorites would have to be the Papi/Lugo one and the Glavine one. The Pedroia one is pretty good too but I think the text could be better. Great job on all of these.
-
What about a sig showcasing the underdogs in any and/or all sports? You may most likely have to limit it to one sport as there may not be enough room for you to get all the teams on a sig.
-
I will take a shot at it.

Here's a couple I did. In the Manny sig., I just played around with some brushes and utilized some c4ds in the "1978=2007" sig. What do you all think?
-
Apply stroke under blending options.
-
Extract the file to C:WINDOWSFonts. That should get the font to be installed and like Dan said that particular font can be used for other programs as well (ex: Word, Excel, etc...).
-
I tried to play around with some different types of brushes and came up with something different from what I have done so far. What do you guys think about this one? I just think that its just all jumbled up, but anyway, I would like to grab some opinions and suggestions on this one.
-
You don't install them. You can use them just as it is. Try to mix different c4ds into one sig - change the layer options and play around with the opacity. The best way to do these types of sigs is just to experiment it with yourself.
-
Its truly up to you as to which one you want to use. It depends on your type of style and what appeals to you the most. I try to stay away from C4Ds that have way too much things happening. Here's an example of what I am trying to say: I usually tend to stay away from this: And try to use something similar to these types of C4Ds: I am sure the first one would look quite impressive when used properly, but personally, I just can't seem to blend that into the background. I am not quite good with erasing parts that I don't need. Also, Dan had posted the C4Ds that he has somewhere on this thread as an attachment. You can also grab that. All I remember is that he posted after page 500 - go through the last 40+ page to see where. If I remember correctly its more towards the earlier pages that the later pages. Hope that helps.

What do you think?

I will give it a shot. Try deviantArt. You can also try Planet Renders and search google to find more websites. I just did a google search for them and I found plenty of packs.
-
I very much like that concept. I think its very well done. I am actually working on something similar to what you have done.

My latest attempt. What do you guys think? Also, I am using almost always the same type of techniques for my sigs and was wondering if you guys could let me know how I can branch out. I would eventually like to be able to generate sigs like FastFlink by just using renders (clouds for example). Here are some of the sigs that I have attempted in the past. EDIT: Also, whats the best method, technique for erasing parts that you don't need on c4ds or brushes. I just can't get the sig to look good when trying erase certain parts. Thanks for the help.

Ty, is there anyway you can add the feature to edit career stats with this program? I have tried combining your .dat importer/exporter program with MVPEdit to try and change the stats but I am not able to acquire the desired result. It would be very helpful if you were add that option in - a place where one can change a player's current stats. Thank you. Also, I understand that Ty hasn't been on these boards for some time, so if anyone else edit the stats and do them differently than mine, I would like to know. Thank you.

I agree with others Lucas, the first Bonds wallpaper is really awesome. Great job with the font too. Everything blends in perfectly.
-
Definitely like the background but I think the text should be in a contrasting color. Try the color that you have for the stroke on the text and add an outer glow and see how it looks. And like campo, I am not liking the "headless" Haren. Also, that glove just seems to appear out of nowhere. Try to blend that in into the background. BTW, where you able to figure out about "color balance"?
-
This one is definitely your best thus far; though that "kc23" at the top left doesn't blend in. It just doesn't go well with the rest. Apart from changing the type of font, this is very nicely done. Great job.

Sig made for Keith5920. Soriano: If anyone has any requests let me know, and I will take a crack at it.
-
I don't know under what tab you will be able to find it. I have Photoshop CS2 and for me the "color balance" option is under layer->new adjustment layer->color balance. Maybe that option was not included in Photoshop Elements 5.

Jessica Alba. Dan, thanks for the tip on the stroke. That is so much quicker. Never knew of that method. Thanks. Edit: Also, was wondering if you guys are seeing any improvements in my sigs and suggestions to utilize other techniques are more than welcome. Thanks.

I know it sounds grueling, but this method only takes about 10 seconds for me to do. Also, this provides me with a multi-color border though its always good to learn new and quicker methods. Will surely gives yours a try. Never did know about the method that you had mentioned.
