That's because of a glitch in the game with players that have IDs in the 3000s (Thorman is 3183). It can be fixed by downloading Total Audio .83 and following the instructions.

There's no room for him in AAA, so he'll stay there for now.

I acquired some pretty extensive Royals info from scout.com. They have tons of scouting reports on just about every minor leaguer in the Royals system, so pitch repertoires and such should be accurate for them. They've got a lot of good young talent, believe it or not.

We'll see what happens after ST. The Phillies have signed just about everyone they could get their hands on this offseason, so when most of those guys get released during ST, it will open up spots for more players.

Sosa and Bergeron are free agents, so that's why they're gone. I don't remember seeing either of their names in the list of players the Phillies had resigned, so they'll stay out until they are signed by a team. I (since the last version) have added Carrasco, Max de la Cruz, Matt Maloney, Josh Outman, Jeremy Slayden, and Ryan Frith, all guys who figure to be playing at Clearwater this season. I'm reluctant to add Drabek because of 2 reasons: 1, he finished with a 7.71 ERA in the GCL, and 2) he probably won't start at Clearwater and maybe not even Lakewood. The second he finds success at Lakewood he'll be added since he's a big time prospect for them.

As long as it is the most recent version of it, it should work just fine.

You load it into MVPEdit. And just place the models.big in your /data folder. After you load the roster, go to the Dodgers, click on Team, then Manager, and tell me what face Graady has for you. It should be 746.

Just search for models.big and pick the Lite version.

You're still having that problem? I'm almost positive it has to be on your end then. It works picture perfect for me. Which models.big are you using? I see that you're now using the plus version, so you'll need an updated models.big for that.

He doesn't even have a sinker in my roster. He's got a fastball, slider, and splitter.

I'm not sure how many ML pitchers I changed, but I don't think it was that many. This update was geared more towards adding lots of minor league players.

There are no plans currently to have the 2/6 version converted to XBOX. If you have a modded XBOX, all you need is the XBOX database maker and you can convert the files yourself (I think that's all you need). As for the ages, I will not be adding 2 years. tywiggins has created a Schdeule Changer for PC where you can do that. I suppose for future XBOX and PS2 releases I could just add 2 years to everyone before they're converted. That wouldn't be a problem.

I guess it has to do with the order of teams in the roster.dat file, or something. Maybe it has to do with the Angels changing their name? I'm not sure, but I'd like to figure out how to fix it.

A couple of new versions uploaded, updated as of 2/6 at noon CST. There are literally tons of changes in this version. I added many, many prospects to almost every team. I also tried to predict where minor leaguers will start the 07 season, so you'll see a bunch of players have moved up or down a level as a result. Fair enough. Now some thoughts... ...Glad the football season is over. More college basketball and ST, please... ...My teen years are officially over at 2:05 pm tomorrow, as I turn 20... ...Glad Favre is coming back, although it was no shock, really. Also happy the Bears lost. I didn't care who won, as long as the Bears lost. ...I've decided Guitar Hero 2 is my favorite game of all time. I love riding my exercise bike while playing it. Jordan and Six are my favorite songs. Talk about having fun while exercising... ...I'm not even 20 yet, and I have terrible knees already. I don't know whether it's because I'm 6'7" or what, but I hope they don't get any worse. It's painful walking up and down the stairs in the morning. I can't even play basketball at the YMCA 2 days in a row without a lot of pain in both knees. I have tons of empathy for people with chronic knee or leg problems. I'm going to school to be an athletic trainer, so hopefully I'll be able to fix myself... ...it is damn cold here. -15 degrees, -30 degrees wind chill... And on a last note, I'd like to thank Trues and everyone that makes this site possible. MVP is my biggest hobby, thanks to this site. I love doing work with this game and contributing to the community.

Well, I'm positive 2 seamers are designed to break to the right if you're a right hander and left if you're left handed. All the breaks in MVPEdit will stay how they currently are, as that's supposed to be how the pitch breaks. What you saw Peavy throw may have been a really hard slider or a cutter, perhaps.

It is physically impossible to throw a baseball upward from an overhand throwing style. That being said, many pitchers throw 2 seamers that have tons of movement left and right (Greg Maddux) and some throw 2 seam sinkers that drop off the table (Chien-Ming Wang).
