do you have the specs on the laptop? sounds like a hardware issue to me as well.

now that everyone's got their two cents on this, i'm going to go ahead and lock this topic so i can get this thread cleaned up. i appreciate the concerns, but it's not fair to be flooding the OP's thread with this. anyone on this site should know by now that duplicate accounts will get you banned. this is not something new and it's the rules that are set forth. if you don't like the rule, you don't need to be here. it doesn't matter who you are. unless you are the site owner, you will get banned if you are caught with another account. now lets everyone take a deep breath and stop taking everything so seriously. save the drama for high school, and have a little fun around here.

no one is doing a total conversion mod any more so unfortunately you have to piece things together. there is a roster mod in the downloads section. i don't really use the updated rosters so i can't speak for them but there is one or two in there. once you up date those, you would want to update the cyberfaces. i uploaded a new facepack yesterday and am still working on any errors in them. there's a separate thread for that already.

well for starters you're not going to find templates for paint shop because it's not a very popular program amongst modders. most modders use photoshop, so the templates were designed for that. i know some have used gimp, but there are very few in comparison to what most modders use. i don't know what issues you're having with links. sounds like you've got some spyware.

ixnay on powell. i have some faces for them but we can hold off on Powell. is he even in the majors right now?
