i actually thought about it but i couldn't get it to map out right on the texture.

bummer. without going through each file, it's hard to know which one is causing the crashing.

i have a better one. if it's the models.big crashing then you can do more troubleshooting. he's right, it's a huge file to upload. if the models.big is crashing, there's two likely candidates: uniforms or cyberfaces. so take the models.big file from 2013 and open it in biggui. extract all of the cyberfaces in a separate folder and zip it up. use Tit to install those cyberfaces over the models.big that works. if it crashes, then we know the cyberfaces are doing it.

you might try installing bits and pieces of it on top of the 08 mod to see where you crashing starts. i would start with the rosters and cyberfaces.

i stand corrected. i thought kylehad made them as an addon to the 08 mod. well i'm out of ideas.

hey remember when i asked to give step by step instructions? this is likely the causing issue because without the 08 mod as your base, you will be missing quite a few cyberfaces. i'm eager to see if this will fix your problem.

did you try using a download manager like downthemall? sometimes the default downloaders have trouble with larger files even though it looks to download okay.

well both i suppose but modding the game that much would be more interesting. the player animations look identical to mvp. graphics are the only thing i see that have been enhanced, thus it'd be nice for us to learn how to enhance our game like that. i don't recall anyone buying out the EA license so im not totally sure how they went about this. but from everything I can see in the videos, it's just a suped up mvp 2005.

well your specs are fine. your idea of process isn't though look, saying that you installed the mod doesn't tell us anything. we have no idea how you went about installing it. it's a possibility that how you installed could be the reason it's crashing. but without your step by step, it's impossible to know where it went wrong. the more details you leave out, the less likely anyone will know how to help. does that make sense?

oh yeah. that looked like the same game engine but the graphics were suped up. we really need to learn how to do that stuff.

it might help to describe the process you went through to install it. i've used it on all operating systems with no problems.

cool. in explorer i have it delete my history and cookies every time i exit so i've never seen that happen. CCleaner was another tool i would have tried had i seen this post earlier.

we could actually post some of his uniform packs in the downloads if that's ok. i'm sure i can dig them up. they are still my favorite uniforms ever made, along with redsox's. their mods are mostly found in the total conversion mods. truth be said, his uniforms are being used as the base for the majority of the uniform mods. this isn't a condemnation in any fashion of those modders, but it's just that spungo's were pretty sweet.

i've had this happen to me before as well. i didn't realize there was a solution for it. i just assumed once corrupted they were gone.

another way around is to simply remember that mvp is portable. just install the mod on a personal computer and then copy it to an external drive or jump drive. copy the contents over to whatever computer you want to use it on, insert disc and play.

wow talk about a trip down memory lane. RB was one of the most underrated uniform modders.
