  1. go to File>Export>Team. save the file to whatever name you want...then do the opposite to import it back into your new roster. i hope that's what you're talking about.
  2. not sure, whatever the default font is...wait...are you asking what font that is that i use? if so, that's just akbar. guess where it's from :)
  3. i find the default font bland. i've used this for years, so i'm used to it. i'm a complicated man.
  4. okay, finally got a chance to take a closer look. when i unpack the inistaz file, i get the initistay.big file. unpack it and i get this: as you can see the files are named by the directory. you actuall should try this - we'll use the bat.fsh file as an example. as you can see, it's been unpacked and named "models[slash]textures[slash]bat". well unpack that fsh with nfshtool and edit the bats to whatever you want. then repack it to "bat.fsh" not "models[slash]textures[slash]bat". then install that bat.fsh file with kraw's installer. see if that works. the only other thing i could possible see that you might have done wrong besides editing something you shouldn't have is that using the installer thingy create a new big file, it saves it to your mvp folder. meaning, once you've unpacked everything and edited it, you must first create the inistay file, which will end up in your mvp folder. take that and then create the inistaz file. again that will end up in your mvp folder. move it over to where it needs to be and see if it works then. otherwise, i'm kinda stumped in all of this.
  5. yeah i knew that. but i've never had a problem with it using kraw's installer. i've changed the bats, ball, and gloves many a times without issues.
  6. well i don't know then, because the add function should install it into the file in the directory, and should work...my guess is you modded something that either shouldn't have been modded, or you modded it incorrectly. really only one way to tell is adding one thing at a time to see which one is causing the crashing...you seriously modded the whole file?
  7. dang, okay...that's alot of stuff. anything in particular you modded? it could be any one of them if you modded all the files. once you've unpacked it, what are you doing to modify them? how are you repacking the fsh files back?
  8. his installer should have no problems re-packing it...what exactly are you trying to do?
  9. try kraw's installer thingy to unpack it first. once unpacked you should be able to use various methods to edit the individual fsh files.
  10. yeah, it varies on the files, but in general the jpegs lack the quality. you'd have to look real close for the most part.
  11. go to file>save as>...when the window pops up, there's an option at the bottom...just pull it up and look at the options you have. select jpeg. when it saves it, it should prompt you on the next window on how much you want to compress it. just enter 12 for the highest quality. and i've always experienced jpeg being the small file size and quality, png high quality small size, and bmp being high quality and large size.
  12. um i posted the mariners 30th anniversary logo for ya, but it's not showing up on my end. if you got it, cool, if not let me know and i'll repost it.
  13. still interested. just making sure :)
  14. so here's a question about photoshop...i know there's a noise filter, but is there a brush that does that? for instance like there's a sharpen tool, but also a sharpen filter.
  15. thank you for doing hendu.
  16. it's always a good idea when you make a uniform.
  17. how about a rickey henderson one of some sort?
  18. oh dang...i just felt stupid again. thanks. i now know there's a history button but i appreciate the perfectionist in you. that's what makes your uni's top notch.
  19. create a player named "Neverlose Sight". the "Katie Roy" one should be done too if not done yet.
  20. was there something new in today's update? well i guess that's what update means, so the better question would be what it was.
