...With school having begun, my Sundays are now good for one thing only: recovering. Giants looking for the wild card today against Colorado. My day will consist of nothing but the Little League World Series, Giants baseball, and a good BBQ dinner before heading back to the books tomorrow morning.

has anyone ever had to or chosen to read any books by john steinbeck? over the summer we had to read East of Eden and now today as part of the assignment we have to go over to the steinbeck museum over in salinas. should be....interesting...

Paying a little money to use this site is no problem at all. With all the things modders contribute to this site, there could easily be an entire MVP game made by just the modders on this site. That game would easily cost $50, so I think $10 is a great price. I hope your situation improves Trues. Thanks for all your time and hard work to keep this site alive.

Hey all you artistic masters, I've got a project that is similar to a wallpaper, but not quite the same. My baseball team is looking to get a new sign to sit over our clubhouse. We've got a new coach with some big ideas for the field and I was wondering if someone could come up with a cool design featuring the logo attached and "Harbor Baseball" on the sign. School colors are green and gold. If anyone is willing to take a shot at this it would be much appreciated.

Hey KG, there seems to be a problem with the Red Sox. I don't know if its been looked at already, but its a very weird issue. Core and Crisp are involved in the error. The game seems to duplicate themn in some line ups are you can't export the roster from MVPedit unless the roster has 24 players. Kind of hard to explain.

I myself have never been there, but my Grandfather was there 65 years ago. He was 19 and fresh out on to the docks. He survived, and thank God because I wouldn't be here if he didn't, and went on to marry my Grandmother six years later. He has only been back to the memorial once, but always talks about seeing it again. I have heard countless stories of that day and will never forget any of them. A salute to those brave men and women who died for their country.

...I had a very enjoyable break. Family came, had fun, gained ten pounds, you know, the works. ...Back to school, argh. Teachers always try to cram stuff in before Christmas, I can't wait. ...Going to a birthday today. Its at the movies downtown, so I'm not too excited. Downtown just never clicked too well with me. Theres a homeless guy on every street corner, and you fell sorry for them, but you know what most of them will do if you give them money. I think we're seeing Casino Royale, and of course, I have already seen that. ...I finally got a new cell phone. I ended up getting the KRZR and it was pricey. It has everything I want, but I still feel it was too much money to spend on my parent's part. I still have to get this accessory pack thing to be able to put songs on the phone, so I think I'm going to find that this afternoon. Stupid cell phone companies make you buy more stuff to put your music on your phone. I hate business. ...Wii and PS3. Wow. What a start. They both look excellent, but the Wii looks better. Its like virtual reality. I dunno if you guys have seen any of the videos for the new Zelda game, Twilight Princess, or for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but oh man do they look nice. I am very anxious to play on the Wii. ...In Fresno, California some guy got shot fighting over the last PS3. I consider myself a pretty hardcore gamer, but man, I would never shoot a guy over a system. Thats just crazy. ...Off to breakfast. See you all next week.

I would be much happier if the A's sign Alou. ...Saw Casino Royale yesterday with some friends, great movie. Not too many gadgets in this one, but still very enjoyable. Best part of the movie has to be Bond driving up in a Ford. Classic moment for any Bond fan to see him in anything less than a Corvette. ...With the Turkey Holiday coming up, its time to start getting supplies. My Dad, Mom and I are all making a run to Costco and Safeway today to pick up all the essentials. Its always hard for my family to satisfy both sides because both sides live within a half hour from our house. Its always a struggle trying to make everyone happy. We'll just wait and fund out who gets mad at us this year... ...Uncle, Aunt, and cousins are coming down for Thanksgiving. The oldest of the kids is a fellow MVP lover, too bad he has it for XBOX. ...PS3 finally comes out. I hear its pretty good, but the 360 is better. Microsoft really beat Sony to the punch this time. The 360 was out first by about two months. ...Wii is almost ready for release. It looks pretty good actually. The new controller design is a very cool idea. ...One of my friends went off to Michigan for Thanksgiving last night. This morning she wakes me up to tell me that the guy sitting behind her fainted and was having convulsions before her plan took off from San Francisco. She, being the weird person that she is, freaks out and the whole plane is delayed. Now they're in Chicago waiting for another flight because they missed their connector. Hell of a day if you ask me. ...Went to a dance Friday night. Interesting little dit here, a man in his mid fifties walks in and slaps a few girls' asses. They scream, everyone freaks out, cops show up, man is arrested, everyone forgets about it. Luckily it was at a Teen Center dance downtown so there was someone there to stop the guy. ...Going to see Casino Royal with my girlfriend later, should be pretty fun. For the first time in a long time her and I finally get to do something without everyone else getting in the way. I hope I don't give away the movie...
