  1. wow. well sad that it isnt like it used to be, but good to see the site still up and running. There is a site for them too no? I just felt the need to revisit this place and check it out. I even found a few of my dynasties I used to post here.

  2. Hey all, anyone here still remember this guy? Man this used to be my favorite site ever! I cant remember the last time I checked in on here.

Sorry if nobody does but this site reminds me of some great memories. I found a copy of MVP Baseball 2005 in the mall (For Gamceube unfortunately) the other day and for some reason it didn't hit me until now that I should come back to this site and look back at some of the great work done here. I remember the Kc jersey mods, Spungo accessories and glove packs, kg's rosters, tywiggins, Trues and Hory, the total conversions whether it was up to date for the 2006 MLB season or to replay a full 1994 season that ended short with a strike. All of the cyberfaces and the guys that even put ME into the game, chopping up audio bits to say my last name and using MVPEdit to make it official! The banter with Y4L and MarkB, im sure there are even more. Legacy guys like Homer and others that seemed to stick together on this site for years. Hope this is still a good resource for those that play the game on PC now, im gonna look back at some of this stuff and see what's new here!

  3. RaysFTW, I politely asked and said he could do it whenever, if he chose to take my request. I mean life goes on, but I'd like to have a wallpaper made with a talented person (the only person I'm taking a shot at when I say that is myself, my creative ability sucks!).

But when you're that good and doing requests for people, he's gonna be asked a lot for some work.

  5. 34 wins in 2 seasons

and you gave up 3 players

Brad Halsey 13-16 since trade (no longer a starter)

Dioner Navarro .245 since trade, .227 last season (horrible backup catcher)

Javier Vazquez is was not all that young (28) and you had only had him for one season. But he is 37-35 in the 3 seasons since the trade

Don't for get you got 4 players in return for Randy when you traded him away. 3 of which are still in the minors and Luis Vizcaino who did good enough to be a Type B Free Agent that Cashman let walk. now you will get a 2nd round pick and a sandwich pick because Vizcaino walked

Those are all good points but their careers could have all gone differently in NY, and as for Vizcaino he was the one who walked out, the Yankees tried to get to him plenty of times before he signed with Colorado.

  6. Not sure if this is something that you were expecting but anyway. I tried to implement something different with this one, but c4ds are kinda hard for me to utilize. Hopefully you are satisfied with this. I will provide you with a matching avatar tomorrow. Take care.

I love it. Thanks a ton man.

  7. I don't see myself as a superstar, I only play in Babe Ruth and I'm a good pitcher in that league, but nothing special, especially at 17. I have the desire and passion, but my talent isn't exactly as high as those. I'm always gonna have that dream, but I'm not gonna be the first overall pick in the draft or break the HR record.

  8. I'll take that time off, because my velocity dropped the last few starts too, I didn't strike out anybody in a 4 inning outing I last pitched in, I didn't strike anyone out and I average at least one per inning.

But for a good pitcher, my youngest brother is 13, and he throws about 65. He likes throwing sinkers that my other brother taught him, but I made him stop it and have him develop a circle change. Also made him use a 4 seamer/2 seamer mix, and he's got good movement too.
