I understand that but I think the ones listed are still off. Because they are listed as being three years older as opposed to three years younger.

The ages on this roster are all strange. Carlos Guillen is 32, not 35. Rick Porcello is 19, not 22. It's like some people had 3 years added to them and some people didn't. Any suggestion?

I am using the newest rosters and converted them to XBox for myself. I noticed the crash with the Dodgers is with the manager. If you have the manager shown for any reason it crashes. Anyway to fix this?
