Apparently, in the US it depends where you live. In Bridgeport, West Virginia, it's the campagin teams' responsibility to remove the signs. The timeframe to take down campaign signs depends on the city your in. In Tulsa, Oklahoma, sign-placers are responsible for removing signs, and have seven days to do so.

That's what Y4L's tutorial allows. You install MVP once, and make multiple copies of your MVP 05 Clean folder as the base for other total conversion mods.
