Well, I had a really old computer when I tried it. It was a heavily-upgraded computer that once ran Windows 3.1.

I used it for a bit, Homer, but I found it slowed down my computer. Mind you, my computer was anceint.

I haven't used XP or these themes I created in a while, but I think the problem has to do with forgetting to copy the wildlb32.dll and wl32dll.dll files. If you did this properly, then I'm at a lost. Sorry bro.
