Its your best one yet, but im going to say it again, stay away from the light backgrounds.

This is one of my favorites along with the unemployed sig.

Im going to agree with Dunit you gotta get some brushes in there, the background, well theres nothing happening in the background (color wise) Good crop, and make the Twins logo un fuzzy, getting better.
