Very nice.... I tend to think that usually you have the lips too full on many players, but in this case seems about right! Well, the upper lip maybe a bit too thick, but could be the camera angle of this pic too....

Don't know about the field, but look in the DL section under miscellaneous for some type of "points" profile....something like that.

Don't want to burst your bubble, but I don't think this is gonna fly. We had a small 6-8 man league which ended over a year ago. People are moving on to The Show (despite numerous reports of online inconsistency) and 2K (a game people hoped would be better). For some reason the mainstay guys here don't want to play online or don't talk about it. I think the Latino guys do play online, but the distance and language barriers would make it impossible for guys in the States. My brother and I play regularly and we have some torrid games. PM me if you're interested, but you might not like the conditions under which we play.

Let me try to reproduce the error. I assume you're using the 2012 schedule. The .mbe has nothing to do with the game. It's the spreadsheet read by MVPedit (Access based).

You gotta be a little more specific. Froze while simming? Not sure what "non-reliever" is. You probably want to stay away from schedule updater for now if you're having freezes already. No reason to introduce another variable. As far as ages, I suppose you could do a global edit and make everyone's birthday 7-8 years earlier....dunno. Doesn't really come into view for me.

Right, but he also only has 45 starts to his name to date....and considerably low number versus lefties. As far as speed and SB, he is certainly one of the fastest guys in the rosters. Anything 90+ is up there. Back to ratings...... rookies making debuts are subject to me using some interpolation of minor league numbers. Splits aren't given for minor leagues and even if they were, I wouldn't give a rook the same credit as a major leaguer who's proven. By the end of the year, when I do that roster, I'll have more data to work with on making adjustments where they seem due. For example, he has a 52 - 57 / L - R contact split. If his current averages were to hold up the rest of the year, he would be assigned a 52 - 80 split. His power numbers would go up too. But it's hard to justify right now and I can't keep rosters living to include all of the adjustments. It would be a full time job.

We really need a portrait updater, especially with the trade deadline coming up. I apparently got stupid about how to do it since last year. I do have some stock pics like the one below and wouldn't mind gathering more for you if that'll make it any easier.

Don't import the .mbe files, just open them. kobee... the original hist.dat is 290ish kb and the one in my current roster is 260ish. It does look encoded and I'm not sure if smaller is necessarily better either. BUT.....if you think this works and the original hist.dat file will "patch" it, it can be found on disk 1 in the compressed.zip file. It can be dragged to your desktop. I imagine it should remain read only, but not sure.

I'm thinking more and more with these rosters that they are not handling the injuries/suspensions very well. Hard to say. However, try turning them off (as well as rain outs) for all levels and see what happens. I just simmed through a Nationals season and got into October.

Well...acceptable / unacceptable I'd reserve for paid employees. It's more of a courtesy. A return favor if you will. Nothing requires them to do it, but then again, nothing require us to make them. But, there is a certain minimal amount of gratitude, even for the effort.
